FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BOUNCY CASTLE/EQUIPMENT HIRE
WILL THE INFLATABLE FIT INTO YOUR GARDEN?
This is the most common question when looking an Inflatable. We have a wide range of Inflatables to suit all sizes of gardens. . If in doubt don't hesitate to contact us on 085-7791374 and we will be happy to assist with your query. We can also visit and take a look at your garden if your unsure if the inflatable will fit.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Deliveries are made from around 8am, however it is possible that you will receive your castle the evening before your event. Collections will be made from 8.30pm in the Summer months however over night can be arranged. We deliver and collect on a geographical basis, but we try to be as flexible as possible. If you require specific delivery times please inform us at the time of your booking. We can accommodate exact delivery and collection times for indoor hall parties or for certain events.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL?
Our inflatables are delivered on a sack trolley and we need an adequate clear access for this of around 3 feet. Please ensure the paths or access to your garden are free from obstacles. We will need access to mains power electricity within 50 metres of where you would like the inflatable situated. We can supply a petrol blower or generator in certain cases.
WHERE CAN YOU PUT THE CASTLE?
For safety reasons any inflatable sited outdoors must be sited on a reasonably flat lawned area, although slight slopes are acceptable so that it can be staked to the ground. If the inflatable is going on a concrete or stone surface please state when booking. The site area needs to be free from stones, sharp objects and dog mess. The inflatable cannot be situated anywhere close to bushes, trees, fences etc... The inflatable needs to have a 3 feet clearance at either side, and 6 feet at the front and back. Barbecues must not be sited within 12 feet of the inflatable.
WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE COVER
We are fully insured with € 5 million public liability cover. We can forward our insurance on via email to any hall or venue your holding your special occasion at. We also carry a copy of our insurance at all times so feel free to ask to view our policy.
DO YOU BELONG TO ANY TRADE ORGANISATIONS?
We are full members of the British Inflatable Hirers' Alliance (B.I.H.A) and also The Inflatable Play Enterprise (T.I.P.E) .
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY INFLATABLE?
We get very busy in the summer months especially on weekends & bank holidays. We always advise to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We do however take bookings as late as the same day. If you need to make a last minute booking please call us, we have an extensive range of inflatables and we will always try to help.
DO YOU HIRE CASTLES OVERNIGHT?
Overnight hire is available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
If it is raining on the day of your party we will telephone you to see if you want to take a chance on the weather. The majority of our castles have shower covers fitted in case the weather is not as forecast.
DO YOU FULLY INSTALL THE INFLATABLE?
We do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the inflatable and safety mats ready for use. We will go through the safety instructions with you. We will collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.
WILL THE INFLATABLE GO IN A HALL?
Some of our inflatable equipment is suitable for indoor use in halls. Always enquire with the hall you are booking with as to the height of the ceiling.
DO YOU HIRE ADULT EQUIPMENT?
We do stock adult inflatables which are specifically designed for adult use. If you are organising an event or party where adults will need to use the equipment please order adult grade units. Adult equipment is made very differently from children's castles. Adults using children's castles cause damage to castles and injury to users.
DO YOU OFFER INFLATABLES FOR HIRE FOR SCHOOL FETES?
We do hire equipment for school fetes. We offer packages which are ideal for school fetes, or private family parties. Please call us for more details.

IF I NEED TO CLEAN THE CASTLE WHAT CAN I USE?
Our inflatables are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to every hire. If it is necessary to clean any soiling prior to us collecting at the end of your hire then only hot soapy water can be used to clean the castle. Chemical cleaning agents must not be used. It is important to clean any marks made quickly. Face paints for example must be cleaned off immediately whilst it is still wet, if not the face paint will permanently stain the castle.
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Our equipment is supplied under protection of a Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire. You are responsible for supervision.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
It takes us approx 15 mins to install or collect our equipment depending on which inflatable is ordered and ease of access.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you need to make a cancellation please notify us as soon as possible. Contact us no later than 8am on the day of the booking.
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Book online through this website, call us on 085-7791374to make a booking, private message us through Facebook, or visit our contact page and we will get back to you quickly.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment can be made in one of three ways; Worldpay payments can be made up to 5 days prior to the event; Cash or cheque can be paid on the day of the event but must be paid in full upon delivery.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
